TecTrax Service Desk has the
capability of storing unlimited individual Case or
Ticket items so if you ever start getting to the point
where searches are taking longer than you'd like, you
can use our built in Case Archive feature to move Cases
and Ticket items out of the general pool and into their
own separate Archives. You can still view them of course
at any time from the Archive button in Cases, but they
wont show up in regular searches making accessing past
information even faster.
Simply select a beginning
and end date range to archive for and TecTrax Service
Desk will archive all Cases, Case History Items, Work
Orders etc. that meet the specified criteria. |
