Built-in record locking
shows you at a glance what client records and cases are
in use at any given time and also allows you to override
one or all of them incase a record was left open by
mistake. TecTrax Service Desk also tracks every
transaction committed to the database, what time and
date and by who, making the information searchable by
system administrators and managers.
Set global GST and PST
information from the main administration menu's and also
at a client level allowing you to select if a customer
is billed for one or both or none at all on generated
Invoices.
